We have all of the proper tools to refurbish the right way.  Here is what we do to refurbish our autoclaves:

Complete disassembly and cleaning of all components
Water pump replaced
In-line water filter replaced
Check valve is replaced
Cassette seal is replaced
Microswitch Replaced
Air Compressor Filter Replaced
Biological Filter Replaced
Facia is replaced
Solenoid valve replaced
Exhaust valve disassembled and cleaned. The valve’s spring/plunger are replaced if needed
Boiler is screened for potential problems, then calibrated (replaced if needed)
Probe bracket is aligned
Cassettes are aligned
Isoplate is inspected for cracks and (replaced if needed)
Chamber temperature probe is calibrated
Compressor is tested to ensure strong airflow output (Replaced if needed)
PCB is inspected for burn damage or evidence of overheating (if this needs to be replaced there is a 0 upcharge)
The cassette is cleaned, and a BRAND NEW seal is installed
The cover is refinished with a high-quality acrylic enamel finish that is designed to last for years
