    Used Kenwood TK-3180. Works well. These have one of the most sensitive receivers I've ever seen on a portable OR mobile radio, as I tested with a service monitor. Recieve was at -130 dBm. Comes with antenna and unknown condition battery. You will need charger, programming cable and software, or bring it to your local commercial kenwood dealer to program.
