Professional packaging is used. If an item is damaged during shipment, the buyer is to notify The Parfumerie within 72 hours of delivery. The buyer is to retain all packaging for the carrier's inspection. Please note we may need to ask for photos of the box and damaged items if required by the carrier.

All returns must be authorized by The Parfumerie, LLC, and issued a R/A number. R/A numbers need to be clearly written on the front label portion of the returned box. No returns will be accepted without this number. Item will be refused or discarded. No exceptions.
Buyer is responsible for a 20 % restocking fee on all returns.
