    1.25". Parisian Novelty Co. of Chicago. In 1930 the newspaper issued two sets of portrait buttons for the city's MLB teams, the Cubs and the White Sox. Each set is comprised of 10 different buttons. Each features portrait at center with rim text of player's name and position/role, team and newspaper names. A scarce and desirable regional issue.
    Hack played for the Cubs 1926-31. A 4x NL home run leader and 2x NL RBI leader. MLB record 191 RBI in a single season. HOF 1979. Front has noticeable staining and metal back has oxidation. Still glossy but VG.
